1. Information We Collect & Consent Process

1.1. DAS AXUM collects personal information strictly when a user voluntarily registers an account on https://das-axum.com/register or authenticates via OAuth 2.0 providers (Google, Yandex). Collected data includes: Name, Email address, selected role (Student/Teacher), OAuth profile ID/avatar, and security metadata (IP address, session cookies, and device fingerprint for anti-fraud protection).

2. Strict Anti-Spam & Double Opt-In Email Policy

2.1. How we collect recipient emails: Exclusively through direct registration by the user on our website with an explicit consent checkbox. We never buy, rent, scrape, or import third-party email lists.

2.2. Double Opt-In & 100% Transactional Usage: Immediately upon registration, our system sends an automated verification email containing a unique cryptographic link. The account remains unverified until the recipient clicks the link. We send strictly 100% transactional emails triggered by user actions: email verification links, password reset tokens, and course purchase receipts. We do not send cold outreach or unsolicited bulk marketing.

3. Payment Security (PCI DSS), Child Privacy & Law Enforcement Disclosure

3.1. DAS AXUM does not collect or store credit/debit card numbers or CVV codes; all payments are processed on PCI DSS Level 1 certified bank acquiring pages. Minors' data is processed only with parental consent. While we never sell user data to third parties, we reserve the unconditional right to disclose user records and IP logs to law enforcement agencies in cases of suspected child exploitation, narcotics, fraud, or cybercrime. Users may request full account deletion at any time via support@das-axum.com.
