Payment, Quality Evaluation & Refund Policy

1. Pricing, Currency & Instant Digital Delivery

1.1. All prices on DAS AXUM are listed in Kazakhstani Tenge (KZT / ₸). Payments are processed online via Visa and Mastercard bank cards. Because our products are digital and educational services, no physical shipping is required: access to video courses and class enrollments is granted immediately in the User Dashboard upon payment confirmation.

2. Refund Eligibility (14-Day & 15% Usage Rule)

• Pre-recorded Video Courses: Buyers may request a refund within 14 calendar days of purchase provided that no more than 15% of the total video course content has been viewed or downloaded. Once more than 15% of a digital course is consumed, the service is deemed delivered and non-refundable.
• Live Online & Offline Classes: A 100% refund is available if canceled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled lesson start time, or if the Tutor/Center fails to conduct the scheduled session.

3. Objective Defects vs. Subjective Expectations

3.1. A 100% refund is guaranteed in cases of objective defect or misrepresentation (empty course folders, unplayable videos, content or language completely different from the course description, or duplicate billing). Subjective claims after consuming the course (e.g., "too much filler content" or personal dislike of the instructor's voice) are not eligible for a refund.

4. Refund Procedure, Escrow Hold & Chargeback Protection

4.1. To request a refund, email support@das-axum.com with your account email and order details. Requests are reviewed within 3 business days. Refunds are credited exclusively back to the original payment card within 3 to 10 business days. Unlawful chargebacks after consuming digital content ("Friendly Fraud") are contested using full server video-progress logs.
