Terms of Service & Marketplace Agreement

1. Platform Status & Safe Harbor (Intermediary Liability Shield)

1.1. DAS AXUM (https://das-axum.com) operates strictly as a technology intermediary providing an online Educational Marketplace and cloud SaaS tools. Tutors, Course Creators, and Educational Centers ("Authors") are independent contractors and are not employees, agents, or representatives of DAS AXUM. Authors bear sole legal, criminal, and tax responsibility for their educational content, offline classroom safety, and services.

2. Child Safety & Parental Supervision (COPPA Compliance)

2.1. Minors under the age of 18 may register and use the Platform exclusively with the explicit consent and active supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Parents assume full responsibility for vetting tutors and ensuring physical safety when accompanying minors to offline educational centers listed on the Platform.

3. Zero-Tolerance Policy Against Crime & Mandatory Reporting

3.1. DAS AXUM enforces a strict Zero-Tolerance Policy against child sexual exploitation and abuse (CSAE), grooming, narcotics trafficking, weapons, terrorism, extremism, hate speech, cyberbullying, and financial fraud across all courses, reviews, and 24-hour Stories. Any violation results in immediate permanent account termination without refund and mandatory disclosure of all user logs, IP addresses, and media files to national law enforcement (Ministry of Internal Affairs of Kazakhstan) and Interpol.

4. Subjective Dissatisfaction Disclaimer & Certificates

4.1. While DAS AXUM protects buyers against objective defects (empty courses, broken videos, false descriptions), subjective opinions regarding teaching style or perceived "filler content" (when the curriculum matches the stated syllabus) do not constitute a breach of service. Completion certificates issued on the Platform are private certificates of completion and are not state-accredited academic diplomas.

5. Off-Platform Transactions Ban, Anti-Piracy & Email Opt-In

5.1. All payments must be processed through the official checkout on https://das-axum.com. DAS AXUM bears zero liability for direct P2P transfers made outside the Platform. Screen recording, redistributing, or pirating courses is strictly prohibited. By registering an account, users explicitly consent (Double Opt-In) to receive mandatory 100% transactional emails (email verification, password resets, and payment receipts).
